These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any classes, workshops, educational content, services, products, or supplements (“Offerings”) provided by Renegade Chiropractic, PLLC, located at 1028 W 950 N STE 103, Orem, UT 84058 (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”).
By purchasing or participating in any Offering, you (“You” or “Your”) agree to abide by these Terms.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
All Offerings provided by Us are for educational and informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your participation and any decisions you make based on information or products provided.
We are not providing medical, legal, or financial advice through any Offering.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT & CONSENT
You must be at least 18 years old or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in Our Offerings or purchase Our products. By participating or purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and consent to these Terms.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You understand and agree that:

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
✅ All materials provided in Our Offerings, including recipes, guides, class handouts, and educational content, are the intellectual property of the Company.
✅ You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
✅ You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without Our written permission.

6. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
By participating in any Offering, you grant Us the right to take photos or videos that may include your image or likeness for use in promotional materials, social media, or other marketing efforts, unless you notify Us in writing beforehand.

7. PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
✅ All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
✅ We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any Offering due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a refund or credit will be provided.

8. AMENDMENTS & SEVERABILITY
✅ We may update these Terms at any time, with notice provided by updating the “Last Updated” date.
✅ If any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.

9. LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
✅ These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah.
✅ Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved in good faith through informal negotiation.
✅ If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation before any court action.
